Upgrade object_store dependency to latest version v0.7

There have been a few changes to Object_store recently to add Support for Microsoft Fabric / OneLake along with other changes- https://github.com/apache/arrow-rs/blob/master/object_store/CHANGELOG.md

Delta-rs needs to be upgraded to the latest version of object_store v0.7.0 , however looking at the dependency tree there seem to be other dependencies listed below which reference object_store v0.6.1

datafusion-common v28.0.0
parquet v43.0.0
datafusion-proto v28.0.0

Will be helpful if there are any details on the process for upgrading object_store to the latest version. Does this also require updates to other crates with object_store dependencies?

Based on the previous version upgrade for object_store , crates which are dependent on object_store also need to be upgraded. While https://crates.io/crates/arrow and related dependencies seem to have been updated to use the latest version of the object_store version 0.7 , datafusion and related dependencies are yet to be updated
