Allow for paged results in the search endpoint

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
ABM needs automated pagination and to address this feature ABM needs to send multiple requests to Delphi web API to fetch the results in chunks. As of now, when we send query multiple times it gives the same results. We need an option where we can fetch the next remaining results on every request.
