Adjectives library doesn't anticipate PP subjects for predicate adjectives #716

As in the attached choices file, the adjective lexical entries end up looking for NP subjects, even when the language uses case marking adpositions. There also isn't anywhere to specify the CASE value of the subject of these elements. The type with the [ HEAD noun ] constraint is called stative-pred-adj-lex.
