Question about Algorithm Updates in Delly V2

I've been really impressed with how Delly has been maintained and updated over the years. I have two questions regarding the latest version:

• Were there any significant algorithmic changes in Delly from the previous versions to version two?
• Is there updated documentation or a reference paper for Delly version two that details these changes?

Thanks. Compared to the original publication, Delly has actually changed significantly. The latest changes are mainly related to long read SV calling. I'm afraid that at the moment the only documentation is the software code, but I hope to have some time next year to write a follow-up article on long-read and pan-genome SV calling with Delly.
