[FEATURE]: Replace Mock with Unittest.Mock

Describe the solution you'd like
Since Python 3.3 (https://docs.python.org/3/whatsnew/3.3.html), mock has been part of the Python standard library as unittest.mock. This repo currently calls mock from PyPi rather than the more modern unittest.mock, it should switch to unittest.mock.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Stay on mock for compatibility with Python 3.2, which has been End of Life since 2016.
