Description

Proposing the addition of a templates directory for placing templates that can be rendered for various parts of UDS development efforts.

If agreed upon - one such example would be an OSCAL template for components such that developers looking to meet the gold tier for a UDS application can quickly and easily perform rendering a file from the template given some configuration information.
