Add an option to create folders if target file exists #1

The app creates every single folder every time i run it, whether if the folder is needed or not.

Can you make it so the app checks files to be sorted first, then create the necessary folders?

For example, i don't think i'll ever have a php file in my downloads. i'm deleting the folder but the app creates it again.
