Identify literature on MCMC for CMB de-lensing and cosmology

What is the literature regarding studies of CMB de-lensing and cosmology with MCMC?

It's important that we review and understand this literature before we perform studies. If we don't, there is a significant risk of us wasting time on studies that have already been done.

Without removing the lensing signal, it's not possible to measure the r from B-modes. Basic MCMC doesn't get past this.
