Modify the likelihood-based inference and the simulation-based inference to no longer predict sigma and instead do posterior predictive checks from the inferred parameters.

Did this for the SBI notebook (SBI_linefit) on branch PPC. Working on this for the numpyro notebook now (numpyro_linefit).
