Redis IP Change Detection

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
At the moment the bitnami redis cluster is connected via headless service.
So every time when the redis ip adresses chages, the chirpstack server losses contact to the redis cluster.

Describe the solution you'd like
We need a mechanism that registers when Redis pod IPs change in order to restart the Chirpstack Server in a controlled manner (pod by pod).

Describe alternatives you've considered
At the moment wen manually delete the chirpstack server pod by pod.
