新用户使用时，选择手机号登录时（没进行注册），请求获取了验证码，验证吗一直未收到且没任何提示（按正常的逻辑需要提示用户先去注册啥），验证码获取了三次未收到，用户去注册页面注册，获取验证码提示失败
