Strange Behaviors on Categories and Question on Tags #6

The client is reporting the following:

The numbers in parentheses behind each category, topic, etc, don’t seem to match the number of projects that show up. For example, for the data analysis/write-up category, it shows (5) projects. When you click that category, only 3 projects show up. See screen shot below.
Several SOM projects have the category of ‘Other’ but ‘Other’ doesn’t show up in the drop-down list. See screenshot below.

They also have one question:

Where are the tags now located? Can students see the tags we added and filter by them?
