https://test-proposals.decred.org is being blocked on firefox due CSP.
This is the error:

The resource from “https://test-proposals.decred.org/static/css/2.58fd660f.chunk.css” was blocked due to MIME type (“text/html”) mismatch (X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff).Learn More

The option X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff was introduced here #935.

It is working after the update in the way the website is served.
