[tickets] Ticket fee status on overview not updating until new txs

When tickets' fee status are updated nothing changes on the Overview until another transaction is received (or something else that causes a new render).

I believe it has to do with something similar to not having a field in the memo for hooks. But with the way the TxHistory and Rows beneath work, I'm not sure where that change would be.
