After #2088 is merged we will now have a new rpc connection to dcrd as described at #2082.

After this PR we can now work on some code improvements such as:

  • Refactor walletstartup separating daemon and wallet actions which are all together at walletStartup connector, right now.
  • Notify decrediton when the dcrd connection has been lost, when closing the socket or due some dcrd crash

Any other improvements or suggestions someone has are welcome to be added to this issue.
