ui: styling issues on narrower screens

The order/mm dialog is overlapping the order depth.

Also, when hovering the over the candlesticks, the price dialog changes size to display the coordinates, which causes the order depth to move down, which looks a bit jerky when you're moving the mouse around.

Likewise when hovering over the order book depth, it increases size to display the pointer value.
