Adding a translator on Crowdin to the Dutch language

@virgile-dev they need to manually apply for an invitation from Crowdin itself, seems like I can no longer invite people 😞

@virgile-dev I'm sorry, what request should I pass? It looks like Crowdin removed the option to invite collaborators, so they have to request access first:
