Decentraland launcher does not check if Decentraland is already running and launchers an extra copy.

STR:

1. Run Decentraland
2. Run Decentraland

❌ Actual Result:

Two copies of Decentraland running.

It should be possible to disable the single instance restriction with a command line argument, but the default should be one instance only.
