[feature] Easy access to buttons to split layout #983

Please consider adding visible buttons to control the split views. Currently the path via context menu is a bit long (compared to Tilix approach).

Suggestion:
If the tab bar is visible, add these buttons to the tab bar.
If tab bars are not visible, we can keep using the context menu.
