"Required" is covered with basic cardinality; this is a statement of recommended or preferred.

Because this is not programmatically actionable, it can only be done as a note. Some have asked for a separate column for recommended, however there are other possibilities such as "mandatory if applicable." For now we will limit this to textual statements in the note column.
