BUG: Grants on home page link to incorrect grant ID #543

Steps to reproduce (locally on hardhat)

  • Create a grant
  • (currently you have to refresh for it to become visible)
  • Visit the home page
  • Click the grant to try to view its details (the grant ID is 0)
  • You are taken to the correct grant

Seems to be happening on Hardhat in dev mode, related to fixtures

If this is due to fixtures on hardhat can this wait until after we've resolved the other GR12 issues @phutchins @apbendi?

Unless I'm misunderstanding the issue I don't think it needs a GR12 label, so yea @gdixon my understanding is that it can wait
