dbt v0.20.0 adds support for a merge_update_columns config for the merge-strategy incremental models on Snowflake + BigQuery (dbt-labs/dbt-core#3100)

  • Do the same thing for Spark/Databricks by including a merge_update_columns config check in spark__get_merge_sql
  • Test it
  • Update docs
