Changes discarded on OK with invalid data

When you have invalid data in the edit server dialog, for example a hostname without port and press "OK", the dialog closes, but the changes are silently discarded. It would be better to either save the invalid data for furter editing later, or to show an error and refuse to close the dialog on "OK".
