I'm sorry. Since there is no pull request button which is always displayed and there is only a Propose file change button, it is sent as a file.

I afraid that's because the new feature "Handle RSS, ATOM, ... feed tabs with Drop Feeds".
Then I have added a new option to avoid that, then sorry, but now you have 2 new entries to translate optPreventOpenWith, and optWarningPreventOpenWith.
