Support skipping on a single container

Users would like to be able to exclude a single container from all of Datree policy checks.

Describe the solution you'd like
Datree's rule skipping mechanism should allow skipping a single container within a resource that defines containers, such as Deployment. This functionality should be added to the existing ConfigMap.
