Split for cli scenarios that don't need the access token

Basic example

Instead of saying:
Follow the steps at: Creating a Custom Integration and skip Getting a Token With the Custom Integration, we can point to a single doc.

Motivation

Pointers from partner integrations that only require the secret/password
