Document how to run enrichments non-interactively via API #37

Running an enrichment is potentially useful to run non-interactively as a batch process to enhance, fix up, or validate. Documenting the web API call and arguments as part of the enrichment documentation, would make sense.

If managing asynchronous jobs becomes more than an enrichment, moving some functionality and documentation to the datasette docs would make sense.
