Bug Report

Description

When connecting to the database through DataJoint, if the user decides to close the window that would request the password for the database, the computer beings to ramp up and use a lot of CPU power, causing MATLAB to hang (has to be killed via the terminal) and ramp up fan usage.

Reproducibility

Include:

  • Linux
  • R2023b
  • 10.2.33-MariaDB
  • remote
  • DataJoint Version Version 3.5.1.0 (lastest version available on Matlab's downloader)
  • Minimum number of steps to reliably reproduce the issue
  • Complete error stack as a result of evaluating the above steps

Expected Behavior

Closing the window should return the user to the terminal as if they cancelled the operation
