Problem with LabsLink schema #11

This is the generated error message:

error : Operation in progress
warning: failed to load external entity "http://europepmc.org/docs/labslink.xsd"
Schemas parser error : Failed to locate the main schema resource at 'http://europepmc.org/docs/labslink.xsd'.
WXS schema http://europepmc.org/docs/labslink.xsd failed to compile

The odd thing is that the schema file at the above location actually does resolve, so it's less clear what is going on than it might seem.

Dan told me that this failure happens periodically. It sounds like the schema isn't consistently available.
