The materials here aren't assuming the learner is in the cloud (and thus where datasets should be located). Do we need a toggle like Bob Freeman created for cloud/non-cloud lesson? When created, we specifically wanted the genomics lessons to emphasize the use of cloud. I am fine with doing both, but we should be clear.
