[Bug] bad display of head_on_collisions_comparison_percentage widget

Describe the bug

There are two cases in which there is a bug:

1. Downloading from web, for example from here
2. Auto download when sending to Telegram

Expected behavior
Image download should look like (or more similar) to the one web screenshot

Also, if possible, In web itself "shift" the labels on the graphs to fit the
For example here the 17% with "אחרות" text can be shifted up AND here the 50% of both categories can be shifted left
(This will solve this issue as well)
