Direct entry Dasher as a stand alone app

Direct entry Dasher should be a stand alone application with its own settings and configuration files independent of regular Dasher. I regularly open multiple Dasher windows and switch between several compositions while I work. To use direct entry requires changing several settings like to change the size the window and there are features that would be helpful for direct entry that regular Dasher doesn't need, like a transparancy option and an option to dock the window to the side of the screen.

I use Windows but most of the time I would use direct entry is online so if it is more universal to create a browser app, that would work well, especially if it is Firefox.
