_RenderedTranscludingContent breaks :first-child and :last-child selectors for projected content

When CSS shimming is used, the _RenderedTranscludingContent strategy is used to project into components. This strategy bookends the content with <script type="ng/content"></script>, which breaks any :first-child or :last-child selectors used to target the projected nodes.
