2 2/3 C sugar
2 C pumpkin (16 oz. can)
2.5 C flour
2/3 C oil
2/3 C water
4 eggs
2 t baking powder
2 t baking soda
1 t salt
1 t cinnamon
1 t ginger
1 t cloves
1 C chopped nuts (optional)

combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix with electric mixer for about 2
minutes. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.

Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out
clean.

Frost with cream cheese spread (below).

Cream Cheese Spread:
1 C powdered sugar
3 oz package softened cream cheese
4 T softened butter (not margarine/oleo)
1 t vanilla

combine and beat until smooth. Serve with warm bread.
