Well I can't find anything on this issue. This issue suggests it may be a DRM issue, but all the other streams work and retrying seemed to fix the issue. I found a similar issue but its related to passing HTTP headers to download copyrighted content. I think our best course of action is to just retry the lambda, since retrying the request on the state machine seemed to fix the problem.
