Sonoff Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus - is it bricked?

Hi,
i tried to flash stick with original Flash Programmer 2 tool - and it exited/crashed in the middle?
I used step by step via official sonoff document .. apparently crap.

I reflashed it using python

but i have no idea - where is the problem ... it doesnt work properly ... better to say it doesnt work.

i cant find/google anywhere whats Error: SRSP - APP_CNF - bdbStartCommissioning after 40000ms

Also i tried to flash router firmware - once powered on - coordinator didnt find it.
Is it possible that something during firmware flashing - when it got crashed - completely messed up device and its bricked even flashing tool says it was flashed correctly?
