[Bug report]: missing & extra words in api/actions*

Describe the bug:

in the actions*.txt files here:

actions-lowercase.txt contains comm
actions-uppercase.txt contains Com
actions.txt contains Com comm

I suspect 'comm' should be 'com' in all files, but maybe 'Com' should be 'Comm'? Add all variants? shrug

actions.txt contains two word pairs that don't appear in either upper/lower file:

fwiw, was looking at the files and 109 lines + 109 lines is not 222 lines
