Notifications for Everything

Nice JavaScript Notifications like in growl but more beautiful
Implement the Center:
Is an app-based center good?
Unlimited numbers of notifications important
Reading-Extra-Field in many many and global, e.g all publisher can publish or deny and then notification is read and deleted or hided
Pages must use notifications for Save & Publish
Later implement Workflow
