Catch exception on decode_csv

Hi
I'm trying to decode exiting (semicolon separated) CSV files.
Everthing's fine, so far.

If the input file is comma separated I get an exception I can't catch.
All that I tried causes this exception:

I am not a high level C++ specialist. Maybe I do not understand.
Am I to blind to see?

Shame on me!
I'm very sorry. The reason was that my VScode was set to catch all exceptions.
