        const_iterator cbegin()
        {
            return first_;
        }
        const_iterator cend()
        {
            return last_;
        }

can be replaced with:

        const_iterator cbegin() const
        {
            return first_;
        }
        const_iterator cend() const
        {
            return last_;
        }
