Show only 1 Month on Daterangepicker Calendar and Always open

Is there anyway to make the calendar always open or on another div so always show up and only show 1 month calendar like singleDatePicker instead 2 month calendar (left & right) but still can choose date range??

So what I already try is make
JS

$('input[name="daterange"]').daterangepicker({
    singleDatePicker: true,
    timePicker: false,
});

HTML
<input type="text" class="form-control" name="daterange" value="01/01/2018 - 01/15/2018">

but it still not show full value and only first date shows up...
