Testing guidelines

Overview

These guidelines are for testers to evaluate the usability and accessibility of the content converted by this project.

Open each link in your browser on your desktop computer (note: for now, don't use your phone -- mobile testing will be done later)
Navigate around the book using the links and controls available on any of the book's pages
Answer the questions below

For each title above, please tell us about your reading experience. The questions below will guide you.

Describe your setup:

What's your OS?
What browser are you using?
Are you using any assistive technology, e.g. screenreader? If so, please indicate the name and version number.

Please answer the following questions:

What book are you reading?
Were you able to move to the next chapter (without opening the table of contents)?
Were you able to open the table of contents and select a chapter?
Could you find the help link?
Could you play and pause audio narration? Note: most books have this feature throughout, except for Moby Dick, which has it for only chapters 1 & 2
If applicable, could you adjust settings like size and audio playback rate?
