unclear how to move to next chapter on android

Based on user feedback received Oct 2022, it seems like this is not clear. Maybe the arrows aren't showing up.

"Able to move to other headings by selecting a link icon next to each headings with iPad.
By selecting a link icon next to each headings, sometimes selected heading was not shown on the top of screen as attached below. But, after selecting play icon, the selected heading was shown on the top of screen.

And I am realizing that the book that both testers used does not have multiple HTML files; all chapters are in one file, so the "chapter" arrows don't appear.

There are different options for handling this:

1. split into multiple chapters upon conversion (my least favorite option, this is hard to do well)
2. review the tester instructions and use a word different than "chapter"
3. make the chapter arrows move through page headings (maybe h1, h2 but no deeper? or leave it to a user preference to set?)
