How can I handle this error? The request is not supported ((0x80070032)

The error is thrown by CreateFolder method on some systems and I don't exactly know how could I prevent this from happening. Is it a library issue or a corner case I should check?

@dahall, I know you are busy, but I would really apreciate your input. I want to inform the user why creating a task is not possible, and considering you've created the library I suppose you know when this can be an issue, like a service being disabled, or something.
