There are no automated tests

There are no automated tests for either dbt or dbt-rules.

That means changes are inconsistently tested, and probably either not tested, or tested against a single project.

The process for testing is also not obvious -- I modified an existing dbt and dbt-rules under DEPS in an existing project, but that's not totally obvious, and goes against the idea that stuff in DEPS is not for users to modify. Is there a better way?
