Displaying "expand" icon on parent nodes and showing second menu on click

Hi,

I've got some troubles with configuring visibility of +/- icons in parent nodes (arrow no.1) - I'd like to always display this icon in parent node, not only on node hover.

And I'd also like to hide this " i " icon (arrow no.2), and display/hide second menu on click of the node. How to achieve that? (Hiding this second menu on click outside of it would be also nice).

Thank You in advance for any hints how to achieve that !
