changes in db not updated in map because of caching #248

project: Historical Events
event: Hadassah Medical Convoy Massacre

Following changes did not get updated:
project title (after a couple of saves it did), description
adding person, org
adding annotation

I couldn't get to person/org name, description - but should also be checked
