Finalize CNV visualization codes for integration into API endpoints

What are the scientific goals of the analysis?

Prepare CNV code that will be used to develop CNV view from #288 to integrate into API Endpoint.
The workflow and code will be used to design the CNV visualization database and endpoints for the API.

What methods do you plan to use to accomplish the scientific goals?

1. Prepare Rscripts that will generate the designed views in Proposed Analysis: Create CNV Visualizations for Gene View and Disease view #288.
2. Debug the fusion issue (In a meeting with NCI and the Physicians, it was noticed that the fusion partners weren't correct)
3. Create PR so the code can be reviewed and merged into the GitHub repository.

How long do you expect is needed to complete the analysis? Will it be a multi-step analysis?
