Can't move and character appears corrupted #143

On the 4th floor I attempted to swap weapons my rogue could no longer move or use abilities.
Can still open all menus but can't manipulate the inventory other than using consumables.
Tried saving and reloading to the same affect only now the character appears corrupted.
