Annotating loss/gain at Uphyloplot2 branches

Hi there,

Thank you for publishing your work. I'm interested in making a similar Uphyloplot2, however, I'm still unable to figure out how did you annotate the gain and losses at each branch (picture on the right). As per the left above picture, I only have the end branches i.e. 1.1.1.1 (in the screenshot).
